[VIDEO] My FLR(M) UK Visa Journey: Part 1
Thoughts from Alanna…
While my Tier 5 Youth Mobility visa will expire November 20th, I’m lucky enough to be eligible for an unmarried family visa for England. Hurrah! Yay! Terrifying!
I wanted to document my journey through the application process and show you any tips and tricks I’ve picked up along the way, along with everything you should avoid.
This visa is available for those who have lived with their UK partner for 2 years and you have to make a certain amount of money between the two of you. For my first step, I’ve applied online, paid (ouch) and booked my in-person premium appointment (you can mail your application instead if you prefer). I’m now starting in on the application itself and will keep you updated!
