My experience using the NHS | Foreigner in England

This week I wanted to share my experiences using the NHS (National Health Service) in the UK. Specifically, I’ve been living in England for the past 4 years and here’s how I’ve found the NHS so far.
Thankfully I haven’t needed to use A&E or emergency care, but I’ve certainly gotten help from doctors and nurses in England. Here’s my experiences!

Surgery also means ‘where one goes for advice’. A doctor has a surgery, and so does an MP. 999, 911 and 112 all work in the UK.
